Return Policy

We have a 45 days return policy for clothes and 7 days return policy for all other items. 

Return Policy for Clothes (45 Days) 

In case the product doesn't fit you properly, you can simply return the product to главные достопримечательности Стамбула us within 45 days of receiving the product. We will replace the product or refund entire amount plus return shipping charges. Refund of return shipping charges will be limited to Rs 100 or 10% of product cost, whichever is lower. The refund for shipping charges will be in the form of Gift voucher. 

Please note that the product should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging with a copy of original invoice.

Return Policy for All Other Products (7 Days) 

We have a 7 day return policy only on un-opened items. Please ensure that while returning the items are packed properly so that the original packing of the product is not damaged in transit. The return shipping charges needs to be borne by the customer. In case of damage to the original packaging or the goods Wooshbaby.com reserves the right to determine a fair value of the product on return and the same shall be binding on both parties. 

Return Process
Please send us a mail at  or call us on 011-23648509 to obtain a Return Receipt Number before you ship the item back to us. No goods will be accepted without a Return Receipt Number. 

For goods bought on discount, the refund will be through Coupon worth the amount paid for the product. 

For goods bought on MRP, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer. 

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque. 

For products which are incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, with defects Please send us a mail at  or call us on 011-23648509  to obtain a Return Receipt Number. We will pay the return shipping charges and will send a replacement within 10 working days. We reserve the right to pay you back in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.

Exchanges and Returns:

  • Wooshbaby.com has a 7 day no questions asked exchange/return policy. This applies for 7 days from date of delivery to your address
  • Please note that all returns must be resale-able i.e. unused, unwashed, with tags, in the state you received them and in the original packaging.
  • Please notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost. Please bear in mind that the damaged/defective product will need to be returned to us.
  • To exchange/return (within 7 days) please contact our Customer Care at   .
  • If you encounter a problem after 7 days we will not be in a position to accept returns/exchanges. If there is a problem with the product please contact the manufacturer directly. Alternatively please contact our Customer Care and we will try to get you in touch with the manufacturer.
  • Please note that Wooshbaby does not allow exchanges/returns on the following:
    • Used/non-resalable merchandise.
    • Personal products – includes diapers, breast pumps, inner wear, etc.
    • Food products
    • Free products issued by Wooshbaby

How does the returns/exchange process work:

  • Once you have informed our Customer Care of your desire to return/exchange, Customer Care will
    • Issue a Wooshbaby voucher for the value of the product in case of exchange, after deducting Rs. 100 towards Return Shipping charges.
    • Issue a refund in case of a return after deducting Rs. 100 towards Return Shipping charges. The refund will be made to the original mode of payment in case of Card/Net Banking and a cheque refund in case of a Cash on Delivery transaction.
  • Wooshbaby will arrange for a pick-up of the product that you wish to return/exchange.
  • We request you to pack the products for returns/exchanges adequately so that they reach us in good condition.

We will pay the return shipping charges and will send a replacement within 10 working days. We reserve the right to refund in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.
